The way we live our lives and how we work has changed so much over the past few years.
Our garden rooms can provide you with that much need additional space. If it’s a work space or chill out space, we’ll custom design the solution directly with you.
The same passion for every project
Even though each project is as individual as you are, we approach each site with the same care and attention.
After setting out the site, we dig and pour the pile foundations. We’ll then install a ground cover membrane to protect the structure before building and insulating the floor of your garden room. Next we build the walls and construct the roof at which point the doors and windows can be installed making the structure sealed. Facias, soffits and the roof membrane is then installed with the external cladding following this. Then it’s time to commence the first fix electrical and plumbing.
We take great care to work with you so that the electrical and plumbing specifications meet your exacting requirements.
When you’re satisfied with this step, we then proceed to insulate the walls and ceiling and plasterboard the interiors before plastering. When this stage is complete we will return to complete the second fix electrical and plumbing and install the laminate flooring, internal doors, skirtings etc. After the surfaces have dried sufficiently, we’ll paint the walls, ceiling and timber work. At this point, we’ll also finish the ground works and clear the site, leaving you with a garden room that will surpass your expectations.
